Well-maintained and beautifully decorated place, I truly enjoyed to be here.
the hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a nice enough area, near to ruins, the back garden, and the next restaurants. the room was neat and offered a hair dryer, soft bathrobes, and a shower cap, so that guests had essentials. it had comfortable beds and there was lovely pool onsite.

I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and had a beautiful view of the Serra das Estrelas mountains. The staff was understanding and accommodating, especially when our travel got delayed.
The breakfast option could have been better with a bit more variety.

We stayed at a renovated ancient building, with a charming back garden where we enjoyed the view. the breakfast area was particularly gorgeous, bustling with choices to suit everyone's palate. Our room and bathroom were sparkling clean, displaying true attention to detail.
One of the staff members seemed unwelcoming, and some guests reported not enjoying their meals very much.

We spent our Christmas at a hotel with great service and stunning views of the landscape. the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious pastries and a variety of choices. the hotel was in a perfect location for hiking and exploring the area. We also enjoyed the spa services.
Although the staff was polite and friendly, they could have been more attentive to detail. the room had a dead bug on the floor and hairs in the bathroom.

Our stay at the boutique hotel was a delightful experience. The beautifully decorated rooms and well-kept grounds created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The pool provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat, and the bar served delicious cocktails. The breakfast selection was varied and included mouthwatering pastries. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel valued during our stay. Although there were a few minor details to improve, they were actively working on addressing them. I would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and tranquil getaway.
